Webcast: New Required Going Concern Disclosure: Evaluating the Impact on Preparing Financial Statements, Compilations, Reviews and Audits
ASU 2014-15 explicitly requires management to assess an entity’s ability to continue as a going concern when preparing and fairly presenting F/S. This course will provide practical insights into the new going concern evaluation and disclosure requirements under U.S. GAAP, generally accepted auditing standards, and the SSARS.

Jennifer F. Before joining AuditWatch, Jennifer was the Financial/Operational Audit Manager at AARP. At the start of her professional career, Jennifer was an Audit Manager for Deloitte & Touche LLP, where she frequently served as a local and national instructor. Jennifer graduated summa cum laude from Marymount University with a BBA-Accounting. She currently resides in Vienna, VA.
